Orders and Reservations

We recommend placing orders in advance during peak hours to ensure availability. Reservation cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance for parties of 6 or more. Large order cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Pricing and Payments

Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required at the time of order for takeout and delivery. For dine-in, payment is due upon completion of your meal. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and valid gift cards.

Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Refunds and Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your food or service, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns. For takeout and delivery orders, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we may offer to remake your order or provide store credit.

Liability

Namaste Indian Kitchen is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from consuming our food, especially if allergies or dietary restrictions were not properly communicated. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while dining in our restaurant.
